okay if a girl i met online says she is of age but was 16 sent you pics of her nude and she lives in another county is that illegal note was on craiglist

Yes. The adult should immediately inform the 16 year old, (by email) that he beleived she was an adult, and that they can have no further contact without her parent's supervision.
