Is it legal to write up an agreement for child custody & child support & have a judge sign it rather than go through the courts?

Your posting seems confusing. How do you have a judge sign and agreement, without going through the courts? It is common for parents to sgree. To support and custody. If the gal agrees, courts often make the order. The same as the agreement.
