Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

My mother has full Residential Custody of me, I've lived with her my whole life, I am now 15 and recently she hasn't let me see my father. I was wondering at what age do I have to be to decide who I would rather live with!?

If you wish to see or live with yrou father, and your mother refuses, you may (acting through an adult) Petition the court for enforcement or modification of the Vistation/Custody Order. You will need to start with the Court that issued the Order (if it is in Missouri). If no Order for custoda or visitation has been entered, then you may be able (acting through an adult) get an Order. Assuming your Dad wants to see you or have you live with him, he may be the best adult to Petition the Court for enforcement of his visitation rights or to amendor estqablish the Visitaiton or Custody Orders.

Good luck
