Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I am wanting to move out of state 3 hours from where my kids dads live. My soon to be husband lives in Colorado and the kids and I live in Kansas. My oldest 2 see their dad every other weekend and then Summer's is set up to where I provide the daycare where I stay home with them during the day because the dad and his wife work and then they get the kids over night and every other weekend I get, the other little boy goes to his dad every other week. What are my options to make the move? The oldest 2 kids don't like going to their dads and would rather stay with me!

At the bate minimum, youudt give adequate notice tobeach father. Since you have multiple kids with multiple fathers, you need to consult directly with a family law attorney in your area. The process may be different among the fathers.

Good luck
