Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Kansas

New Discovered Property

In my divorce decree it reads that there were 'oral agreements' made between my husband and I. One of those agreements was concerning our two dogs - that I would be able to have possession of them at agreed upon times. This had been working for the past two years until my ex-husband's new girlfriend put a stop to it. An attorney told me that I could file a Discovery of New Property in Johnson county. I can't seem to find anything on it. Can someone point me to where I need to go?

Re: New Discovered Property

I don't understand your question...what has non-visitation w/the dogs to do w/'discovery of new property'? I advise you to have a conversation w/legal counsel in Johnson County if that's where your decree of divorce was issued. . .that court has continuing jurisdiction of your case.
