Become legal resident
I'm an american citizen, my mother came to USA for vacation with a visa/passport she is Mexican, now she want to live with me. which form do I need to sumbitt to INS for her to become a legal resident?

You should file a Petition for an Alien Relative and an Application for Adjustment of Status to Lawful Permanent Residence. You may also want to simultaneously file the Employment Authorization Application and Advance Parole Travel Document.
