Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kansas

My daughter was with a friend they are both 15 years old. she asked to drive her car and her friend said ok, so she did , they were pulling into another friends driveway when her foot slipped off the break running into the garage door damaging it . Who is liable for the car ,garage.and deductable. Can the owner of the vehicle press charges against my daughter . Can he sue me for money

It appears from the facts you described, that you are liable for the damage to the house. You may also be liable for the damage to the vehicle. It probably matters whether the first girl had permission to use the vehicle, and whether your daughter knew that and whether the girl had permission from the owner to let others drive it.
