Re: work injury food service

The Health Department would be concerned if you were working on a food line with an open wound. If you are not getting satisfactory medical treatment, contact an experienced workers' compensation lawyer. In Kansas, an injured worker does have access to an unauthorized medical allowance of up to $500.00 for certain purposes.
