Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Kentucky

Notice of Appeal filed July 6, 2011 with KY Court of Appeals. Prehearing Statement Form (AOC-070) due within 20 days, according to Rules. What is that exact date? Is it July 26, 2011? Or is it earlier?

7/26/11. It has to be filed with the Court of Appeals 20 days after filing the notice of appeal. You can mail it the same day, but it would need to be expressed mail USPS. I suggest mailing it on Monday express mail to guarantee it gets there on time.
