Legal Question in Business Law in Kentucky
Video Game Rental Rights
I would like to know how to obtain legal rights to rent out video game software. It specifically says on the back of the video game boxes that rental of the merchandise is strictly prohibited. But, I am starting my own video game rental company and need to know how to obtain these rights.

Normally, you can contact each game manufacturer for permission and pay the appropriate liscense fees or as most folks do, buy your stock from a wholsaler who will take care of this for you.
