Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kentucky

If a car dealer gives you a holiday sale price and then you find out that it was advertised for a lesser amount, can you do anything about this?

No, but go shout at the crooks anyway. It's quite cathargic, I assure you.

When it comes to car dealerships, if they agree to sell you the car for a particular price, just assume you're getting ripped off. If it were a really good deal, they wouldn't sell it to you, they'd wait for the next chump. The advertised price was probably also too high.

There are certainly many illegal practices in which car dealers engage, but it doesn't sound as though they did anything like that here. They aren't required to stick to the advertised price, as you never saw it.
