Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kentucky

we are a group of people wiling to start a petitoon or civil suit again a bad car lot that has sold us all bad cars and continues to operate buisness. What right do we have, would a petition be enough to pull their license or a civil suit be possible even if cars are buy here pay here or sold as it. what can we do, we are willing to pay an attorney to represent or assist us in getting help, we dont want money we just want to put a stop to the bad car lot.

I recommend that you identify some of

group as your spokespeople and that the

smaller group interview several consumer

lawyers. Then select the lawyer you believe

best meets your needs. The lawyer should

be, in my opinion, someone who is willing to

take the time to explain things to your group,

while also being capable of battling in court

when necessary.
