I owe 13,000 to a credit card company. They have turned it orver to a collections attorney that has filed a lawsuit in my county. Can they garnishe or freeze my bank accounts. What should I do''

Once they get a judgment against you in Circuit Court, they can garnishee your wages and seize your bank account.
