Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Criminal Defense
I was cited for possesion of marijuana and paraphernalia. I appeared in court and was given the diversion program. I have had to reschedule the program and need to appear in court in the morning to push the date further. However, I am not able to make the court date. Can I get a public defender by 10 AM tommrrow morning? And if I cannot appear what will happen?

You could have a bench warrant issued for your arrest. I would try to contact the Judge's office or Clerk and speak with someone about rescheduling. If you had a public defender, then I would try to contact them as well.
