Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky

Please help

My fiance has been charged with a failure to appear while incarcarated I have called the county attorney and can't get anything done he said I need to bring his file jacket in which I have no access to they won't even serve the warrant. He was reinstated on his parole today but can't be released due to this issue please give me some helpful advice . Thank you

Your best bet is to go to the clerk's office, preferably with the case number of the file you want to resolve. Ask the clerk to put the case on the court's docket for a specific day and ask them to be sure he is brought over from jail to court that day. He should then be able to talk about the case with a prosecutor and, with luck, resolve it.

Obviously, a local attorney could do that for you easily if you can afford to hire one.
