Legal Question in DUI Law in Kentucky

3rd DUI offense

I had a buddy get his 3rd DUI this weekend but to make matters worse his liscense was still suspended from his 2nd DUI. I guess my question is how much time is he looking at serving at in jail. Thanks.

30 days MINIMUM to 12 months, plus any backup time if he's on probation.
