Legal Question in DUI Law in Kentucky

Limitations of actions for DUI in Kentucky

In 1991 I moved from CA to KY. I got my KY drivers lic.and a few months later I recieved a DUI, instead of facing the charges I moved back to CA got my CA lic. renewed. For the past 10 years I have had a perfect driving record, not even a parking ticket and my record reflects this. I now want to move back to KY to be with my family. What I would like to know is. What is the limitations of actions for DUI in KY? Thank you.

Re: Limitations of actions for DUI in Kentucky

if you were charged with the crime, there is probably a warrant on you right now. as far as a statute of limitations, that concerns bringing charges against someone for a crime. if they already charged you with d.u.i., you probably have outstanding charges and will need to seek representation to take care of this matter. i can be reached at [email protected] to schedule an appointment.
