what is the age requirement for divorcing my parents and what steps do i need to take

I believe you are asking about being emancipated. In Kentucky, you are emancipated if you turn 18 years of age. Also, if your parents allow you to leave home AND you are self-supporting financially and living responsibly, then you can be deemed emancipated, but this is something your parents agree to - not forced into.
