Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My children's mother took my two sons out of state to live. I did not find out till they where there. Neither one of us have legal custody. What are my rights and what can I do to get them back home? Thank you for your time

If she has not been out of the state for more than 6 months and the children had lived here for more than 6 months when she left, can file a petition for custody in this state and seek the return of the children. There may be other options as well and you should consult an attorney immediately.
