Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have been attempting to get divorced for over 2 years and because their is a DVO order regarding my son for sexual misconduct it has taken a long time to be final. I have been living with my fiance for about 3 months and my attorney has told me that this will cause me a great deal of trouble in the courtroom. Our hearing is in a week. The other atty has issued a supeona for my finance but he has not received it. My question is how serious will this reflect on my for cohabitation? My ex husband is having over 10 character witnesses testify for him.

you should raise theses questions with the attorney who is already representing you.
