Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have a custody agreement on file in Whitley county Kentucky. In the agreement she was to live with her grandparents until she was grown but if they separated divorced or if one died custody remanded back to me. Her grandmother died today and she has stated she does not want to live with me. Is there any law preventing me from going to get her
