Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

my daughter is 14. she has been attending public school. she will be going to high school this year and her father who is the custodial parent has decided to home school her against her wishes and without my consent. we have joint custody, is this legal?

Joint custody means that both of you have equal and co-existing authority to make decisions for your child. So, it was "legal" but the real question is whether a judge would be okay with such a big decision being made without your input. The answer to that is no, it would probably tick off the judge if you challnged it in court.
