information confidentialy

My son is getting divorced,her attorney sent me(the third party not involved)a letter with financial information re child support,alimony and monies due by my son

Doesn't this violate the confidentality law.????

Most lawsuits are public record. If she began disclosing information given in the realms of attorney-client relationship, then there may be a confidentiality issue.

In KY, divorces are not confidential - any

curious person could go look up a divorce file.
