runaway daughter

my daughter is 15 my son is 18 they went to the the soc workers office some how they gave the father custdy any ways my daughter told her father to is face she didnt want to live with him .he had not been in there life for 5years will she beg here bother not to let them takeher .he grab her arm and they went running out the door.can they do any thing to my son for helping her get away.

As I understand your question, your adult son assisted your minor daughter in running away from her father, who has legal custody of her. If this is correct, he might be charged with Custodial Interference, and it is a felony. Tell him to see a lawyer.
