how can i legally get my x wife to stop calling social services and making false allegations me and my now wife of 10 years. she has already called social services on us twice and both times her allegations were proven lies.

There is probably nothing that can be done with 2 false allegations, but if it continues and it can be shown that she is doing this in bad faith, you might have a cause of action. It would be VERY hard to prove though.
