How many days before a trial does the defendant have to make "an offer of judgement rule 68"?
For example if trial is set for 23rd can a rule 68 be sent out on the 13th at 3:45?

CR 68 provides the offer be made *more than* 10 days prior to trial, and it is still conditioned on acceptance. Again, however, that does not preclude both sides reaching an agreement before trial.
