Despite never receiving a DD214, you need to see if one is on file at the National Records Center at St. Louis. You can obtain the address on-line. Upon determining if you were, in fact, separated and the terms of that separation, we can better assess whether your situation requires pursuit of a discharge upgrade via the Army Discharge Review Board.
