Legal Question in Military Law in Kentucky

military drill

I palaced chased from active duty air force to reserve air force, to move home and work for the bureau of prisons. I got the job and 2 children, a wife and a new house. My reserve base is over 4hrs. away I lose money just to go, Money I cant afford to lose. Is there anything I can do to be released from my obligation with them?

You can always submit a request to be separated from the military. Your command will have to approve the separation request. Feel free to contact me if you need help.

Have you tried a unit transfer?

Have you discussed the possibility of a hardship separation?
