Auto Accident with Bank Robbers
Involved in auto accident where bank robbers were being pursued by law enforcement when they ran red light. Hit me and another car before stopping. Was taken to hospital from scene. Robbers were driving rental car. Rental car denying coverage for my injuries and accident. I was on the job when accident occurred, having difficulties with workers comp. Tremendous difficulties all the way around. Advice?

You need to consult with an experience personal injury lawyer. You, at least potentially, have a worker's comp claim, a claim against the rental car company, against the robbers, against the police, and potentially against your own insurance company (uninsured and underinsured coverage). Some one needs to look at all avenues of recovery for you.
