Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

i made a contract with my brother in law to buy a trailor that he ownerd i have recently moved in and done a lot of work to it. The contract states I have untill March to pay him. Is there any way he can take it from me.

That would depend upon what the contract actually states. If you are in compliance with the terms of the contract, hopefully you haven't anything to worry about.
