Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

I want to put my house in my son in laws name. I am 63. there is a tax lien and judgements on it totaling 27,000. The house is appraised for 96,000. Can this be done?

Yes, with a relatively simple Quitclaim Deed. Your son-in-law's ownership in the house would, of course, be subject to any liens of record.
