Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

My grandfather is in a nursing home, in his will it states the money from his estate will be split between his 4 kids, one of his kids passed away, She was my mother. now since she is gone My uncle who is power of attorny over my Grandfather is saying i will not get my moms share that it will be split up between the other three. Is there anything i can do.

Usually, in the situation you describe, you (and your siblings, if any) would inherit your late mother's share of her father's estate. The term is "per stirpes," and you should contact an attorney in your locale for any advice and, if necessary, representation.
