Legal Question in Immigration Law in Lebanon

I'd like to ask about marrying an american guy. My boyfriend is american and I am lebanese I live in Lebanon. We want to get married sometime next year. I'l like to know if I can live right away in America after we get married. I have a touriste visa that expires in 2013.

Hello, you will need to wait for the processing of the immigrant visa in order to come to the U.S. which can take several months. You cannot use your tourist visa to come to the U.S. to live permanent with your husband. Doing so will complicate and potentially jeopardize your case.
