Legal Question in Disability Law in Louisiana

I bought land in Ouachita parish. My husbands name is on the deed but he didn't help pay for the land. He has agreed to transfer his rights to the property(if any) over to our kids. How do we do this?

He can donate it, he can sell it, but understand that since it is in his name, it is his property. Just because someone else put up the money makes no difference. If there is a legal document stating he was buying this for you or for someone else, then that is another story. As of this moment, he owns it and no one can do a thing about it unless he wants to do it, or you take him to court and prove to the Judge's satisfaction that the property is not his.
