Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Louisiana

my son served over 5 years in the USNAVY, deployed back to back 3 times, (2 Irak),( 1 humanitarian) why they give him a general discharge, intead honorable....what he got to do...so he can go to colleage, and have the american dream of opportunities, after he serve with honor our country?

The Navy based this decision on specific details of your son's service. The facts that you mention matter, of course, but so do other facts. Since I don't know what they are, I can't say which facts led to the decision or whether I agree with it.

Your son should have been told the reason(s) why he was denied an honorable discharge. If you don't know what they are, it's probably because he hasn't told you. You should try talking with him if you haven't already.
