Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Louisiana

I am a business and the bank that has the loan for my building hassle/call me 3 and 4 times a day knowing I am working all the time trying to continue with the business,,they do not give any options..I am affraid they are going to foreclose on my building..the debt is half of what my building is worth...Is filing for bankrupcy an option to protect the business building..I am trying to avoid paying I just need some restructure to survive and pay my debt...

Please help...
