Legal Question in Business Law in Louisiana

Hi, I'm opening a business and I need help with going over my lease for the location, and writing the contracts for the investors, and a no compete clause for my employees. I also need a contract for my clients to sign when they set up their monthly package. I do not know how to find a trust worthy lawyer who knows what they are doing and who I can count on. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you! I'm in Baton Rouge, LA if that is helpful.
