Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

I bought a trailer from landlord in march of 09. I signed a one year lease. I paid cash for the trailer and was given a receipt for the trailer. I continued to pay lot rent of 125 dollars a month until January of this year. I have a paper trail showing that I only been paying lot rent, November of 2010 I was evicted out of my trailer because landlord said I didn't pay rent. I have the canceled check that she cashed. I think I was illegally evicted and she has kept all my appliances that I have paid for. She told me on the phone that I was going to lose everything I own because I chose to put my lot rent payment in her secured place of business. I know what type of lady this is because of prior experience with her, so I recorded me on my iPhone paying the rent. This is not the first time I paid rent like this. But I've done a little research just so happens that the last eviction was also in November. What she appears to be doing is trying to screw me. I was served a notice to appear in front of a justice of the peace on the 10 at 3 pm. It said I has to be in court that day at 6. He told me and grandmother that he was going to get me the title to my trailer so I can sell it and buy another trailer that he was getting the title for. On. The 21 of January I noticed that I had a missed call at approx 245 pm the justice of peace had called me. Well I commercial fish so when I got to the truck I returned my Johnny phone call. He told me that the landlord threatened to go over his head and that he was forced to sign the judgement. The next morning at 7 am I started getting my stuff loaded on a trailer. At 9 o'clock the Iberia parish sheriff office showed up and told me that I can get what I can out. But once ms Corrin Cady owner of B and C properties arrived that I would have to leave. Once she showed up I was given a summons to appear in court for. Remaining where forbidden. I was never told to leave. The lease I signed was a one year leased and was terminated on march 23 2010. She evicted me once in November o 2010. And once I was released from jail I moved back into my trailer. Never signed a new lease. Did she violate my rights. And did she violate the civil code of procedure. I have never been served with a paper saying ok 24 hours from this date and this time i would have to be out or anything like that. Was told that eviction order was signed at 7 pm the night before. Is this legal and can u please help me. I am a low income man supporting a 2 year old and my pregnant girlfriend. When this happened it made me feel so sad and worthless. The police made me leave my sons toys. My wife called ms Cady a few days latter asking her if we could get our sons bed. She told her to go I goodwill and get him a bed. Please help me judge Mathis. I just don't have the money to talk to someone. I've tried to find legal help, but in my area there are not a lot of pro-bono law firms. So I started to do my own research. Please judge help me with this. I am forced to be apart from my family right now due to distance of travel to work and living space at my gkrlfriends moms. I'm ready to be a family again and don't wanna lose everything we have worked so hard for. Please help judge. I'm sorry my question is so long but know you are a understanding man.
