Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana
I applied for an online cash advance but never finished or received the money. The company has an agency calling my home and work trying to make a payment arrangement with me for a sum of around $900. The initial loan was supposed to be for $250. The agency read me an affidavit, and refuses to give me the company's name or contact information. The company is suing me for fraudulent checks, I never wrote a check and other things. What can I do?

Obviously, if you never signed anything and never borrowed any money, you don't owe anything.

Call the Attorney General's office. They have a consumer fraud division that can help you.
