The Judgment will likely show up on your credit report until it is paid off. You need to talk to the creditor and make sure they will agree to sign what is called a "Satisfaction of Judgment", which is a document that confirms to the Court that the Judgment has been satisfied and nothing is owed. They won't sign that until the Judgment is paid, but you can get their written promise that they will sign it when the time comes.
