Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

Joint checking account

I had a joint checking account with my boyfriend, we split and decided to remain friends. I had been handling his finances for him, the accounting. He had given me access to all accounts. And insisted I use whatever I needed for me and my son. He would yell at me because I would never use his money! I asked him to close the checking account but he wouldn--name removed--so after two weeks I did close it and kept the money. I also used a credit card he gave me which has my name on it and a credit account he gave me access too. I made sure I still had authorization to use the accounts before doing so. Can he take legal action against me for any of the above, either criminal or civil?

Re: Joint checking account

He can sue you. I am not saying he will win but he can file.

You should not be charged with any crime.
