Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

Please tell me what to do. I have a friend in jail. He has been in there for over two years. He has not been to court yet. OCS keeps putting it off because they have no evidence against him. He has been accused of child molestation. He is innocent. I have known him my whole life. The girl who charged him is bad on drugs and a very big liar. I know her well to. Please help me. He is a good man. They have taken over 2 years of his life and has put his court off again this week. What can we do to get him out of jail
