Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Louisiana

I have a few questions actually.

1. Can my boyfriend sue a mobile home community for defamation of character and harrassment per false accusations? (I have the same problem with this same place)

2. Can my boyfriend sue a campground for discrimination of personal interests, discrimination of religion, false promises of repair/maintenance, false accusations based on assumptions, forced to live in a camper without adequate A/C in 100+ degree weather, unsatisfactory health department code violation living conditions, and being kicked out?

3. Can I sue my primary care doctor for withholding diagnosis or test results for medical malpractice?

4. Can I sue a doctor I was referred to for medical (monetary) fraud? (They refused to do a standard Medicaid covered test, falsely stating that Medicaid does not cover that test or their supplies. {I have Medicaid investigating this now})

We are not wanting to sue for an outrageous amount from any of these places. We are just looking for retribution for the anguish, anxiety and stress that each of these places have put us through. And if you could refer us to attorneys in the Baton Rouge and Shreveport, LA areas we would appreciate it very much. Our email is [email protected]. Thank you for your help.

In order for you to recover damages for defamation of character, the statements made must have been public, untrue and have caused substantial harm to ones reputation. This would have to be proved objectively.

You do not provide enough information regarding discrimination. The repairs and maintenance would depend on contract signed.

You do not provide enough information to answer the last two questions. You can check with the Louisiana state bar association or the local association in your area to find an attorney who can look at what evidence you have and better answer your questions.
