Biological Father dies in Louisiana without a will. He has three biological children adopted by someone else many years ago living in Georgia he

had no relationship with. There are two biological children in Louisiana whom he had close relationship. The adopted children want no part

of the estate what is the best way to make sure they and their heirs do not receive any part of the estate.

They can renounce the succession. If someone is opening the succession, they can communicate with the succession's lawyer.
