Custody and child support

I have custody of a 6 yr old since 2001. His mother was ordered to pay C.S. She moved in with us off and on. In the last 1 1/2 she called our home as her primary. she is back on drugs and moved out with someone else that uses. She never contrbuted to the home nor did she pay any child support. Does she still owe C.S or back pay and what rights does she have to this child?

She still owes CS and you could use these facts to try to secure your custody of the child. You should consult with an attorney if you really want to accomplish something here, but it doesn't sound like the mother will have grounds to have the court grant her custody.
