grand parents rights

my son is in jail but has not went to trail and my grand-children's mother will not let us see them. can we go to court and make her let us see them.

I believe if you show you have a good relationship with your grandchildren that the court will allow visits.

Louisiana allows grandparents some visitation rights when the parent is in jail, assuming you have a good relationship with the grandchild as Mr. Pizzolatto stated.
