Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Hello,

I am divorced with a 14 year old son. I live in Minnesota and his mother lives in Louisiana. I have custody of him in the summers and she during the school year. I received a "notice to appear" in Louisiana for a child support review. My questions is: If I send all the information they ask for by mail do I still have to show up in person since it is such a long distance?

Thanks,

John

I suggest you hire a local attorney in that community and send him/her your info.
