Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

paternity

Can a release/agreement be signed if two unmarried adults agree that one parent will take no resposibility or part of a mutual unplanned, unwanted, (unborn child?) at this time.

Mother wants to keep the child and is in agreement that the father will take no part in monetary or visitation. Can the father, with concent of the mother draft documents releasing him of all? Both in agreement of this decision.

Re: paternity

No.

Child support is the child's right and only adoption can terminate the parent's obligation to support the child.
