how to reverse a fraudulent divorce

my husband fraudulenty obtained a divorce by forging my signature on a waiver of formalities form (without my knowledge) and had the documents notorized by a person he knows. what do i need to do in this matter? can he be prosecuted for forgery? and filing documents with the courts? does the courts have to file the charges on him or do i need to file charges? please help!

Re: how to reverse a fraudulent divorce

First: Get a lawyer and file to nullify the judgment.

Second: Contact law enforcement (police, sheriff) and file a complaint about the forgery.

Third: Contact the officials in your state who regulate notaries public (this changes from state to state) and advise them that this notary participated in a fraudulent affidavit.

Both he and the notary (and the divorce lawyer if he knew about it) can be prosecuted.
