My husband has changed the locks on the house (which was his before the marriage) and denied me access to mine & my daughter's personal things. What type order do I need to gain access an regain my property?

Consult an attorney. You need to file in court to get an order both protecting your property and permitting you to recover those items.

Begin by listing everything you want to recover because he probably won't give you anything extra.
